Each product is individually crafted, especially for you. The above visualization is only a rough preview of the finished product. We adjust the print size to the product. The maximum print size is 35x40cm.

Can I pay on delivery?

Unfortunately not, we only produce personalized products after the order has been paid for.

Can I see the design before printing?

Yes! After uploading a photo, you can see a preview of the print . For more advanced personalizations (e.g., AI photos), our graphic designer can send the design for approval before implementation .

What if I'm not satisfied with the result?

We want you to be 100% satisfied. If a product has a defect, incorrect printing, or other problem, we'll replace it or refund your money . Just contact our customer service department – ​​we're always looking for a solution!

Can I return a personalized product?

By law, personalized products are not returnable , but if something has gone wrong (e.g. printing error, coloring, damage), we will repair it or replace the product with a new one .

How to prepare a good photo for personalization?

Choose a bright, sharp and well-framed photo
Avoid selfies with filters or dark backgrounds
In the case of AI styling – the face should be clearly visible
